IIM Rohtak Gets 100% Placement with 16% Increase in Average Salary

The Indian Institute of Management, Rohtak (IIM-R) achieved 100% placement this year with a 16% increase in average salary. IIM Rohtak also became the first IIM to complete placements for the 2022 batch. This year, the highest domestic CTC offered was Rs 30 LPA while the average salary increased to Rs 15.92 LPA.

This year, a total of 73% of students were recruited into the area of ​​general management and consulting. The lot has also seen a big increase in the number of PPOs and PPIs offered to students.

Placements for the 2022 batch had top companies such as Deloitte, Capgemini, Indus Valley Partners, Tata Steel, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, OfBusiness, Yes Bank, Cognizant, CollegeDunia, AuthBridge, Xiaomi and Natwest. IIM Rohita has also forged new alliances with over 40 new recruiters such as Accenture Strategy, Aditya Birla Capital Group, Grasim Industries, Amazon, Arcesium, Hero Motocorp, OYO, Reliance Retail, Schindler, Bharat Serums and many more.

The governor of Odisha commended the students and motivated them to unmask themselves and develop a positive orientation, and stressed the importance of developing a “spiritual diet”.

He also inaugurated the student activity center. The authorities hope that this student activity center will be a place where students can sit, meditate and develop positive thoughts of development and positive guidance, explained Professor Dheeraj Sharma, Director of IIM Rohtak.
